| Project Description | New Construction of 40 residential units in six buildings on approximately 10 acres of land. Included was 40 kw building integrated, roof mounted, solar array to provide electricity for common spaces, site lighting and net metering. The solar array reduces overhead and creates cash flow for the non-profit owner.
