Growing up in a construction family and having participated in the building of tower apartments, shopping centers, retail and commercial buildings, as well as historic preservation, Tim has an exceptional amount of experience and construction community contacts to resource and execute complex building projects. Tim attended St. Lawrence University with an Army ROTC scholarship and was graduated in 1989 with honors. He then served 4 years active duty overseas as a Regular Army officer. After completing active service, he attended law school and graduated in 1996. Tim was admitted into the New Hampshire Bar in the fall of 1996.
