| Project Description | Historic renovation and expansion of the “Mansion House.” Project involved constructing 15,000 square feet of new space to the centerpiece of this oceanfront resort. The new space consists of a ballroom and expanded commercial kitchen. This construction is steel frame with high-end finishes.
