| Project Description | Program development and construction of affordable housing in Marstons Mills for the Housing Land Trust of Cape Cod. Project consists of 15 single-family homes and 5 triplexes for a total of 30 homes. Modular housing product was utilized for both the single-family homes and triplexes.
